Complete Property Cleanup & Lawn Restoration | Ancaster, ON
This property had become heavily overgrown after years of neglect. The backyard was filled with invasive weeds, mature trees, a rotting deck, old brick and stone hardscape, and a chain-link fence that no longer served the space. The homeowner wanted a complete reset, creating a clean, open yard that could be transformed into a healthy new lawn. The project began with the demolition and removal of the existing deck, brick and stone features, chain-link fencing, and unwanted trees. We then cleared the remaining overgrowth, removed debris, and graded the property to create a smooth, even surface ready for restoration. With the site fully prepared, we completed the final grading and spread premium grass seed across the entire property, giving the homeowners a fresh start and the foundation for a healthy, lush lawn. Every stage of the project was completed with long-term growth and proper drainage in mind. What was once an overgrown, unusable backyard is now a clean, open landscape ready for new growth. By removing outdated structures and vegetation and restoring the property with proper grading and grass seed, we transformed the space into a blank canvas that will continue to improve as the new lawn establishes itself.

Premium Pine Mulch Installation & Landscape Refresh | Caledonia, ON
This landscape refresh focused on enhancing the appearance of an already beautiful property with a fresh application of premium brown Pine mulch. Over time, mulch naturally fades and breaks down, making seasonal replenishment essential for maintaining healthy landscape beds and a polished appearance. Our team carefully prepared the existing garden beds before installing 10 cubic yards of premium brown Pine mulch throughout the property. The fresh mulch creates a rich, uniform finish while helping retain soil moisture, suppress weed growth, regulate soil temperature, and provide long-term benefits for surrounding trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants. Attention to detail is what separates a professional mulch installation from simply spreading material. We ensured the mulch was installed at the proper depth and evenly distributed throughout each landscape bed, leaving crisp, clean edges and a consistent finish that highlights the property's mature landscaping and architectural features. The completed project instantly refreshed the home's curb appeal while improving the overall health and appearance of the landscape. Regular mulch installation is one of the most cost-effective ways to protect your gardens, reduce maintenance, and keep your property looking its best throughout the season.

Brush Cutting & Overgrown Lot Cleanup | Stoney Creek, ON
This one-acre property had been left unmaintained for years, allowing grass to grow over four feet tall while brush and small trees spread across the lot. The homeowner had begun receiving municipal by-law notices and needed the property cleared quickly to avoid further fines while restoring the land to a safe, presentable condition. Using professional brush-cutting equipment and compact machinery, our team systematically cleared the dense vegetation, tall grass, brush, and small trees across the entire property. With growth reaching several feet high, much of the original terrain was hidden, requiring careful operation to safely navigate the site and efficiently remove years of overgrowth. Rather than simply cutting the visible vegetation, we focused on reclaiming the entire lot, leaving it clean, accessible, and easy to maintain moving forward. The dramatic transformation not only brought the property back into compliance with municipal by-laws but also significantly improved its appearance and usability. Whether it's an overgrown residential lot, vacant property, or acreage that hasn't been maintained in years, professional brush cutting is an effective way to restore the land while preventing future issues. This project is a great example of how quickly neglected properties can be transformed with the right equipment and expertise.

Emerald Cedar Privacy Screen & Landscape Installation | Ancaster, ON
This project in ancaster was designed to increase privacy while giving the property a fresh, professionally landscaped appearance. The homeowners wanted a natural privacy screen along the property line, a new garden surrounding the home, and a clean, finished landscape before returning from an out-of-province trip. One of the biggest challenges was limited access to the backyard, requiring careful planning to transport materials, trees, soil, and equipment through a narrow access point without damaging the existing interlock or landscape. We also worked within a strict timeline, ensuring every aspect of the project was completed before the homeowners arrived back home. Our team installed 13 eight-foot Emerald Cedar trees to create an instant privacy screen, along with a new landscape bed featuring a variety of ornamental plants and flowering shrubs around the home. To complete the transformation, we applied fresh mulch throughout the garden beds and hand-cut crisp landscape edging to provide clean separation between the lawn and planting areas for a polished, professional finish. The completed landscape offers immediate privacy, improved curb appeal, and a low-maintenance design that will continue to mature and thrive for years to come. By overcoming limited access and completing the project on schedule, we were able to give the homeowners the opportunity to return home to a fully transformed property without any disruption to their travel plans.

Brush Cutting & Land Clearing for Overgrown Property | Ancaster, ON
This property had been left untouched for more than five years, allowing four-foot-tall grass, dense brush, and small trees to completely take over the land. What was once usable space had become difficult to access, making regular maintenance nearly impossible. Using professional brush-cutting equipment and compact machinery, our team systematically cleared the overgrown vegetation, thick grass, saplings, and woody growth across the property. Every pass opened up more usable land while leaving the property clean, accessible, and ready for its next phase of use. Projects like this require more than simply cutting vegetation. Dense growth can hide uneven terrain, stumps, rocks, and other obstacles that demand careful operation and planning to complete the work safely and efficiently. By using the right equipment and techniques, we were able to restore the property without unnecessary disturbance to the surrounding landscape. The finished result is a dramatic transformation from an overgrown field into clean, open land that is easy to maintain and ready for future landscaping, farming, recreational use, or development. Regular brush cutting not only improves the appearance of a property but also helps prevent invasive growth, improves accessibility, and makes ongoing maintenance significantly easier.

Interlock Patio Extension & Retaining Wall Removal | Hamilton, ON
This project transformed an underutilized backyard by expanding the existing interlock patio while removing aging landscape features that had reached the end of their lifespan. The homeowner wanted a larger, more functional outdoor space that blended naturally with the original hardscape rather than looking like an addition. To begin, we removed part of a failing retaining wall along with an overgrown garden bed where mature plants and vegetation had taken over the space. During excavation, we encountered an extensive network of large tree roots throughout the work area. Carefully removing the roots while maintaining the integrity of the surrounding landscape required additional time, precision, and planning before construction could continue. Once the area was properly excavated, we installed a professionally prepared granular base and extended the existing brick interlock patio. Great attention was paid to matching the existing pattern, elevation, and layout so the new installation flowed seamlessly into the original patio, creating the appearance of one continuous outdoor living space. The completed project provides the homeowners with significantly more usable patio space while eliminating a deteriorating retaining wall and overgrown planting area. By overcoming challenging root conditions and carefully integrating the new hardscape with the existing interlock, we delivered a clean, durable, and timeless backyard upgrade that will provide years of enjoyment.

Complete Backyard & Front Yard Landscape Transformation | Hamilton, ON
This project was a complete property transformation, designed to improve both the appearance and functionality of the front and backyard. The homeowners wanted a space that was easier to enjoy and maintain, while addressing grading concerns and maximizing every part of the property. One of the biggest challenges was limited machine access to the backyard, requiring careful planning to transport materials and equipment without disturbing the surrounding property. We also corrected grading issues to improve drainage and ensure the new hardscape would perform properly for years to come. The backyard was completely reimagined with a custom interlock patio built on a properly prepared base, creating a durable outdoor living space for relaxing and entertaining. We also installed a new privacy fence along the left property line, a custom gate on the right side of the home, and a stepping stone walkway bordered with decorative black lava rock to provide a clean, functional connection between the front and backyard. The transformation continued in the front yard, where we installed fresh sod, created a new garden bed around the existing tree, extended the driveway to provide additional parking space, and refreshed the driveway with new gravel for a clean, finished appearance. From correcting grading issues to overcoming limited access, every aspect of this project required careful planning and attention to detail. The finished result is a cohesive landscape that improves drainage, enhances curb appeal, and provides the homeowners with a beautiful, functional outdoor space built to last.

Backyard Interlock Patio & Privacy Fence Installation | Hamilton, ON
This backyard renovation transformed an aging outdoor space into a modern, low-maintenance area designed for everyday living and entertaining. The existing patio stones had reached the end of their lifespan, and the homeowner wanted a new interlock patio, privacy fence, and safer access from the back entrance. One of the biggest challenges was access. Located within the garth trails village community, only every few homes have direct access to the backyard. To complete the project, all equipment, materials, and excavated soil had to be transported through a neighboring property with the homeowner's permission. Careful planning and coordination allowed us to complete the project efficiently while minimizing disruption to the surrounding homes. After removing the old patio stones, we excavated and installed a properly compacted granular base before laying the new interlock pavers. We also installed a new privacy fence, added a precast concrete step with an aluminum railing to improve safety and accessibility at the back entrance, and ensured every element blended seamlessly with the home's existing landscape. The finished result is a backyard that's both beautiful and practical. The new interlock patio provides a durable outdoor living space, the privacy fence creates a more secluded environment, and the new step and railing make accessing the home safer and more convenient. Despite the limited access, the project was completed to a high standard and built to provide lasting value for years to come.

Backyard Interlock Patio & Landscape Renovation | Ancaster, ON by 905 Landscaping Inc
Here's what we started with: a backyard that had reached the end of its life. The existing wood deck was rotting, the flagstone patio had become uneven, drainage problems were causing water issues, and the layout no longer met the homeowner's needs. With extremely limited machine access, every phase of the project required careful planning and precision. Our first step was removing the deteriorating deck and old flagstone before addressing the property's grading. We reshaped the yard to improve drainage and ensure water would move away from the home, creating a solid foundation for the new outdoor living space. Next, we installed a professionally built interlock paver patio on a properly prepared base designed for long-term durability and performance. We also installed new fence gates, removed several trees to open up the backyard, and restored the landscape beds with fresh mulch to complete the transformation. Despite the challenges of limited access, the finished result is a backyard that is both beautiful and functional. The new patio provides a durable space for entertaining, the corrected grading helps prevent future water issues, and the refreshed landscaping gives the entire property a clean, modern appearance that will last for years.
